About Me

Hello my name is Annette Dugenske. I learned how to weave in 1976 at Ripon High School. I have been weaving rugs since 1996 and have made thousands since then. My goal is to weave the highest quality rugs for you.

The first rugs I made were out of old clothes such as t-shirts, jeans, and sweatshirts. In 2000, rugs made out of new terry towels and fleece became available. Our most popular style of rug was added in 2002 made out of upholstery fabric salvage. I also am able to weave runners and place mates, and coasters.

Not only can I weave new rugs but I also can re-weave old rugs, both my own and woven by others, which have begun to unravel due to age by re-using the fabric.

Fabric is cut into strips and sewn together and rolled into balls before then being loaded onto shuttles for the looms.
